Create a rectangle from the 4 corners of the pond with Mesure Map and the result will be 37,229 square meters, but the pond is not rectangular, because it has surface irregularities into it. If you place markers around the perimeter of the pool, check that the actual measurement is 36.269 almost 1,000 square meters less.
